Who Can Order

You must be at least 18, or ordering under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

About Our Products

All products are subject to availability. We aim to show colours and details accurately, but screen settings and the handcrafted nature of each pair mean small variations are normal, not defects.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice. Payments are handled through secure gateways — we never store your card details.

Orders

Placing an order doesn't guarantee it will be accepted; we can cancel or decline an order for reasons like stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with any payment refunded to its original source.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — logos, photography, designs, copy — belongs to WalkStalk and is protected by IP law. None of it may be copied or reused without written permission.

Please don't use the site unlawfully, or in any way that could damage or interfere with how it runs.

Liability

WalkStalk isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or site; where liability does apply, it's capped at the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to Indian courts' jurisdiction.
