ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days after order confirmation.

Limited edition, handcrafted, or made-to-order styles may take 7 to 10 working days to process.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email once it is shipped.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

  • Within India
  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 working days
  • Non-metro or remote locations: 5 to 7 working days

International Shipping

International orders typically take 7 to 14 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping within India is available on all prepaid orders above INR 1500.

Orders below INR 1500 may incur a shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders must be paid by the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND ADDRESS ACCURACY

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate while placing the order.

Re-shipping charges may apply in case of incorrect address details or repeated failed delivery attempts.

PACKAGING AND SAFETY

All sneakers are packed in a branded box to ensure safe delivery.

If the package appears damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

If accepted, unboxing photos or videos must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
