Shipping & Delivery Policy
From our atelier to your door - how and when your order arrives.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 working days of confirmation; limited-edition or made-to-order styles can take 7–10 working days. You'll get a confirmation email on order, and a tracking email once it ships.
Delivery Timelines
Within India, metro cities typically see delivery in 3–5 working days, and non-metro areas in 5–7. International orders generally take 7–14 working days depending on destination and customs. Festivals, sales and logistics conditions can add to these windows.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is complimentary within India on prepaid orders above ₹1,500; smaller orders carry a fee shown at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout, and any customs duties or import charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to twice. Please double check your address, phone number and pin code at checkout — re-shipping costs may apply for incorrect details or repeated failed attempts.
Packaging
Every pair ships in a branded box. If a package looks damaged or tampered with, please decline delivery; if accepted, share unboxing photos or video with us within 24 hours.
Sustainability
We aim to ship responsibly — our packaging is designed to stay minimal, durable and reusable wherever possible.
